5 EASY-TO-MAKE ALCOHOL-FREE COCKTAILS

January is the month of resolutions. This year again, the Dry January event is growing. More and more people will try to put alcohol aside for the whole month. Here are 5 recipes for simple alcohol-free cocktails or mocktails to make at home.

 CARROTS

Perrier sparkling water is associated with the alcohol-free month. She acclaimed the famous cocktail bar in Paris Little Red Door to design original recipes. Here are those of the carrot.

  • 45ml non-alcoholic gin
  • 20 ml carrot cordial
  • 5 ml verjuice
  • 50 ml Perrier lime
  • 200 g grated carrots
  • 200 g sugar
  • 400g water
  • 6g lemon juice

Peel and grate the carrots. Place the ingredients in a bowl, put in the refrigerator and leave to infuse overnight, then filter.

 PINK IS THE NEW BLACK

  • 30 ml Monin Grapefruit Ruby syrup fruit
  • 10 ml Monin hibiscus flavor syrup
  • 120ml cranberry juice
  • ginger beer

Pour all the ingredients except the ginger beer into a tumbler glass filled with ice cubes. Mix well. Top with ginger beer and mix gently. Decorate with half a slice of pink grapefruit. To serve.

 COLADA BOOST

Gimber is a new gourmet and spicy alcohol-free ginger drink. It can be consumed lengthened with a tonic or in more sophisticated cocktails such as the Colada boost.

  • 30ml Gimber
  • 100ml coconut water
  • 50ml pineapple juice
  • 10ml fresh lime juice

Mix well. Decorate with a piece of pineapple.

 ATOPIA PALOMA

Made from distillates, plant extracts and natural flavors, non-alcoholic spirits.

  • 5 cl of Atopia spiced citrus
  • 1.5 cl of agave syrup
  • 7.5 cl of sparkling water with grapefruit

On a bed of ice cubes, pour the ingredients.

 THE FESTI SPRITZ

Here is a healthy version of the famous Italian cocktail prepared with the Festillant alcohol-free aperitif.

For two glasses:

  • 1 orange
  • 10 cl of Festillant Blanc
  • 3 small sprigs of rosemary
  • 8 cl of sparkling water
  • 1 slice of blood orange
  • 2 cl of grapefruit syrup

Cut in half and squeeze the orange. Crush the sprigs of a sprig of rosemary in a shaker. Add the orange juice and grapefruit syrup then shake. Pour the sparkling water then the Festillant and finish by adding 2 sprigs of rosemary.
